These talented composers, better known as Hugo Kalfon & Gaël Moreau started their Dj career at the age of 20. After this blow-out Addict Djs’s talent was picked up by famous Antoine Clamaran’s label, Pool E Music, which signed them after only one year of music production. Shortly after the signing they started to play at all mayor clubs in France.
For the last couple of years, Addict Djs have been recognized by the industry as having a new and refreshing take on a scene that continues to evolve and seems to have an everlasting shelf life. Their identity and musical development can be summed up in a single phrase, “Powerful Melodic House Music”. They have created their own trademark as Djs and producers around this sound.
Their growing reputation and success was picked up by party-minded people, they gave them overwhelming support at each live performance all around the House music planet. They now aim at wining more and more recognition, asserting themselves as new generation Djs to watch in the future. They’re always try hard to give loads of exclusive contents to their fans, a way to thank them for this refreshing support.
Addict Djs’s international recognition came with big collaborations and remixes for famous singers as Robin S, Katherine Ellis, Crystal Waters, Cozy or Djs like Antoine Clamaran, Daddy’s Groove, Syke’n Sugartarr… Every productions leading them to achieve a strong reputation and respect from the House music scene.
In 2010, Addict Djs went to release several noteworthily tracks such as Malosax 2010, remix of Stan Courtois’s anthem, licensed to 10 countries. Tracks like I’m Coming Out, a co-production with House diva Katherine Ellis, have had great support reaching Top 40 Yacast in France and Top 10 Masterbeat in US for several weeks.
Following this successful record, Addict Djs regularly appeared on several compilations and released loads of smashing tracks and remixes on mayor international labels such as Universal, Sony, Kontor, Happy Music,Versuz Essentials… All these materials allowed them to showcase their musical skills all around the world.
2012 remixes include huge smashes like Dido, Thank you (Addict Djs NYE Mix), The Wanted, Glad you came (Addict Djs Remix) or Justice vs Simian, Never be alone (Addict 2012 Mix) have received massive support from House music lovers all over the internet. Their position as a true crossover artist is crystal clear, they perfectly know how to give a tune that powerful melodic House vibe.
This year Addict Djs will continue to produce top records and broadcast top videos. Managing everything, from music to photos and videos, they created a true identity which appears in every clip they directed. They truly blossom producing in different ways, for example collaborating with Hip Hop industry like Flo Rida’s label Poe Boy Records.
In September 2011 Addict Djs launched their very own radio show, AddiXion, giving everyone who hears it an extra boost for the weekend.The show is broadcasted on France’s top dance stations, Radio FG Clubbing, Radio FG USA, with more stations to be announced soon.
Behind the decks Addict Djs never fails to deliver. Their exceptional technical skills, variety of music, distinguished looks and that added personal touch make them stand out. These days there’re bringing it to the masses, with performances all over the world from Paris to Miami and Moscow to London. Addict Djs recently made their debut at one of the worlds biggest dance events, Sunrise Festival in Poland and played at radio FG parties in Virgin Champs-Elysées and In Marseille in front of 30 000 clubbers, alongside leading names as Sasha, Armin Van Buuren, Pete Tong, David Morales, Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike… Their own event, “Addict Djs present AddiXion” is well on its way to setting clubs on fire and upcoming gigs include USA tour and others smashes events.
