Greg May started djing in the early 90’s and spent his first years collecting vinyl and honing his skills on his Technics 1210’s playing House and Dance clubs in Essex and London in the UK. The House scene was just starting and Greg was at the forefront.
Early influences were Todd Terry, Bizarre Inc, David Morales and E-Smoove.

For the next few years Greg continued playing underground clubs throughout the UK and then persuaded radio stations that were barely playing House and Dance music to give this growing scene a more mainstream time slot.

In 1997 Essex FM, his local radio station, were the first to give him a weekly Friday night mix show. This showed off his talents well as he included a 30 minute mix of the Top Ten Dance records that week. Artists featuring in these mixes were Byron Stingily, Moloko, Rhythm Masters, Robert Miles and Stardust.

As the sound spread a new dance radio station called Vibe FM opened covering the East of England. Greg was one of the first Dj’s chosen and was given a weekly Saturday club mix slot showcasing upfront House and Garage music of that time including Ferry Corsten, Fat Boy Slim, Alan Braxe, Spiller and Full Intention.

As Greg was then playing a great deal of clubs in London, Kiss FM, the UK’s legendary, largest dance station asked him to do the Kiss Mix, a primetime slot of 7.30-8.00pm Monday-Thursday. Rui Da Silva, Modjo, Fragma, Armand Van Helden, Daft Punk and Junior Jack were the tunes being mixed.

Greg’s lengthy experience and amazing archive collection of vinyl, cd and mp3’s allow Greg to play a set comprising of ultra cool, super new funky/tech/deep house alongside retro/classic house.

Depending on the event Greg is happy playing upfront or solely classic house.

Greg loves uploading his monthly mix on Soundcloud giving listeners a taste of his current playlist.

It’s fair to say that Greg’s love of House Music has never diminished and Greg’s current influences are Dusky, Larse, Kolombo, Julio Bashmore and Waze and Odyssey to name but a few.

2012 finds Greg playing an up tempo style of Deep House with bookings worldwide recently securing a weekly slot on FG DJ Radio USA broadcasting all over the world and beyond……
